Chinese Radish Starburst is a striking, heirloom radish with long, crisp roots featuring vibrant pink and white coloration. Its mild, sweet flavor is perfect for salads, stir-fries, and pickling. Rich in vitamin C and fiber, this radish also has traditional medicinal uses for aiding digestion and supporting detoxification.
