This is a fantastic Siberian Heirloom variety that produces enormous leaves, and is one of the most cold hardy.
Dwarf Siberian is a high yield plant that produces only slightly ruffled or slightly frilled tasty gray green coloured gourmet leaves. Each leaves is typically a whopping 12-15” in length.
It is great choice to grow in containers, kitchen gardens and raised beds as growth is compact. This variety tastes better cooked; saute with onions or shallots or steam it with a touch of cider vinegar.
