Flowering Dogwood is native to eastern North America. Early spring showy flowers with white or pink bracts (often mistaken for petals) and has bright green summer foliage
Trees offer stunning red to purple fall colour and produces red berries in fall/winter (attracts birds)
Growing Instructions
- Light: Partial shade to full sun (partial shade preferred in hotter climates)
- Soil: Moist, well-draining, slightly acidic soil
- Water: Keep evenly moist, especially while establishing (1–2 years)
- Spacing: 15–20 feet between trees
- Planting Time: Spring or fall

Stratification
