Cosmos - Seashells (Cosmos bipannatus) Heirloom Mixed Cosmos Sea Shells Flower
18 to 60 inches
Gorgeous! Waves of quilled blossoms of uniquely rolled, ruffled, hollow, and tube shaped petals that radiate from the centre in shades of white, pink, or carmine red, sit atop typical airy foliage. Blooms summer to frost. Deadheading promotes continuous blooming. Well branched plants up to 6 ft. tall thrive in difficult sunny and dry spots, flowering freely all summer through to fall.
Great for cut flowers, cottage gardens and borders. Cut and come again; cutting stems for bouquets encourages more side shoots. Outstanding when grown in large masses or mixed with other coloured flowers/cosmos.
