This herbaceous biennial is a whimsical addition to containers, borders and gardens. Clary begins as a rosette in the first year and will grow a flower stalk in the second year. Flowers are held in purplish blue flower spikes or panicles which can be dried or pressed.

- Clary Sage can be direct seeded outdoors after all risk of frost has passed. Sow seeds 8-14 in apart on the soil surface and press lightly to make contact with earth. Seeds germinate 10-15 days
