Annual
Flowering kale is a stunning ornamental variety grown for its vibrant, ruffled foliage in shades of pink, purple, cream, and green. Though related to edible kale, this variety is grown primarily for its decorative appeal, especially in late-season gardens and floral arrangements. The leaves become more vivid as temperatures cool, making them a popular choice for fall displays and cut flower work.
